This program is designed for the girl who wants to learn about all the beauty and anti-aging secrets such as lustrous hair, healthy nails, white teeth, glowing skin, bright eyes and an overall youthful and radiant look without any toxic beauty products, injections or fillers. I will teach and guide you through a completely natural beauty program. You will learn what to eat, when to eat and why, all to increase beauty energy, thus creating a beautiful body. Every woman has the power to unlock their natural beauty but doesn’t know just how simple it can be.

  • Two 50min sessions, twice a month for 3 months
  • Each session will include a discussion of your progress and recommendations for the upcoming weeks
  • You will receive a variety of handouts prior to each session
  • During sessions I may bring recipes, books, food samples and other materials for your benefit
  • Begin and end sessions on time
  • Give 24 hour notice to session cancellation
  • Review session handouts prior to our session
  • Be coachable
  • Be open to trying new foods
  • Fulfill on commitments made in sessions
  • Eat nourishing foods, based on recommendations my coach has made
  • Exercise according to the guidance of my coach
  • Pause and play once and a while
  • Start getting in tune with my body, listening to what it needs
  • Powerfully deal with stressors in my life
  • Before the program begins I will ask you to keep a food journal 5 days leading up to our first session together.
